saves posts but does not publish

  wordpress saves my posts however does not publish them.
  Post time is listed as 1970-01-01 2:00:00 am
  Options>General>Time value is correct and I have UTC +2 setting.
  I can edit the post but I can’t publish or edit the time stamp.
  One more thing is that after any command (save, save and continue editing and publish) just a blank page returns. I was afraid to do any tests with my previously published posts.

  Afraid the site linked to your name is not a WordPress.com blog and so we wont’ be able to help you. Maybe you need to be over at WordPress.org for independently hosted blogs.
