saving a draft

  can’t save a draft..have cleaned the cookies.
  I can paste the content but it will not save it.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Please try some troubleshooting and report your results to us.

  If you are not running one of the browsers and versions listed at http://browsehappy.com/ please try upgrading or switching first.

  Note: If you are using an IE9 browser in compatibility mode that makes it render as IE7 and IE7 is not supported. To disable see > http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1196-internet-explorer-compatibility-view-turn-off.html

  If you are running one of the browsers and versions listed at http://browsehappy.com please do these four things:

  1. Try clearing your browser’s cache:

  http://www.google.com/support/accounts/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=32050

  2. Make sure that you have third-party cookies enabled: http://en.support.wordpress.com/third-party-cookies/

  3. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.

  No, still will not let me save ….and thank you for trying to help me….everything worked fine until yesterday…

  I tied to see if my other blogs were okay and when i tried to save one…it disappeared and the entire contend is gone from that blog.

  Again if I try to edit and save anything….everything disappears
  AND…if I try to save a new post it also eliminates all I tried to save.

  I go to all my post…if i want to edit one I click EDIT….and then try to save it and I lose everything…

  For a new I go to the top left i push ADD NEW…I add text and picture and push SAVE DRAFT and lose it all.

  The 2nd one is ‘GOD’ there is nothing for me to lose there and that is the newest one I’m working one….

  I think one of the problems is that I can no longer add pics…all my drafts with pics are not showing….

  AND if I try to edit drafts or published I lose it all.

  I had no trouble saving a Draft with an image in the post “GOD?”

  Try making a change to it, then click the “Save Draft” button.

  I added a pic and saved to draft and lost it all….all meaning the WORD pic you had added.

  Hm, something must be interfering with your browser then. This wouldn’t be the first time I have seen this from a rogue browser extension.

  Have you tried disabling all browser extensions as mentioned earlier?

  If you did, would you please try a different browser, like Chrome or Internet Explorer (9 or 10)?

  No it does not work in Internet Explorer either. This not fun and know its not fun for you either…I don’t understand how it just stopped working….

  Are you running any ad-blockers, anti-virus, or security software that you could try temporarily disabling?

  If so, please give it a shot with those off.

  If not, can you try from a different computer?

  At this point, I’m just trying to narrow down what the problem is since I can’t duplicate the issue myself.

  okay- it seems to work on a different computer….
  BUT…the one I travel with is the other one….

  I do have ad-blockers, anti-virus, or security software but I had them when I did all the other post….

  please advise on whats next and THANKS A LOT

  Short of a complete re-install, I’m not sure. There is something on your computer clearing text fields on save. You’ll probably notice this eventually in more places than just your WordPress.com blog.

  If it’s happening in all browsers, the common thread would have to be a system-wide setting or piece of software, like an ad-blocker, security software, auto-fill program, etc.
