saving a post as I am working on it

  I have worked for hours making a post and suddenly I did something like try to add a photo from the internet and it’s gone. Why? They are usually saved as I work on them. What has changed. And why can’t I see my progress in a preview anymore? There seems to be no preview button. Is there no way to get back what I just spend hours doing?

  Hi there,

  I’m sorry to hear that your post got lost! We do indeed normally have an auto-save feature for your posts, however if you lost internet connection (or if it was intermittent), it may not have worked correctly. We also have had reports of drafts being saved to other posts draft history if you had them open at the same time in another tab or window. If you may have had another one open, you may want to check there for your missing draft.

  If it’s not there, unfortunately we don’t have any other record of it. I apologize.
