Saving a WordPress site for offline viewing?

  Hi! I’ve used WordPress as a CMS (on a desktop PC) to create a CD insert for a book. What I want is to make the site I’ve created runnable in both Mac and Windows.

  I’ve thought about saving my whole site as static html files but the problem is I don’t know how. Is there a solution for this?

  Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
