Hi there. To make a backup of your blog you can create an XML export file under Tools in the dashboard: http://en.support.wordpress.com/export/ Keep in mind this export file, while you can open it in a program like Excel, it’s not in an easily readable format and it doesn’t include your media files, only links to where they are stored in your media library.
To print out your entire blog, look at the various services that can transform one’s blog into a book-format/pdf. They use either the XML file, or your RSS feed to do this. More information in this thread: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/i-would-like-to-print-my-blog-into-a-book?replies=12

You can download your individual blog pages from your browser’s File -> Save Page As… menu option.
Ditto with print, you can use your browser’s printing options to print your blog just like any other webpage. :-)

True, but you’ll have to print it one post/page at a time. The services mentioned in the linked thread above creates a PDF file of your entire blog which you can then print out in one go. You can even use some of them to turn your blog into a ebook if you want.
