  I have made changes to my menu, post exerpt & a new post but I cannot get them to stick to the front page

  This is a support forum for free sites hosted at WordPress.com. Responses aren’t instantaneous. Staff answer threads here oldest first. And I’m afraid you aren’t in the right place to get assistance here as your site is over on Bluehost servers. You’ll need to open an account and ask for advice at the correct support forum.
