Saving changes

When I customize my blog, it doesn’t save it and when I try it keeps saying saving changes and nothing else happens. When I type in my blog URL it’s still the original one that I chose a few months ago.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

What is the URL of the blog you wish to customize?
You must be logged in under the exact same username account that registered any blog and who is the Admin to access it.
Clicking this link should display all your blogs registered under the same username, including the hidden ones: https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs&show=hidden

NOTE: I do not use the theme customizer. All of the very same functions can be accessed from your dashboard.
Appearance > Header
Appearance > Background
Appearance > Theme Options (applicable only to some themes)
Settings > Reading (set a static front page)
Site Title and Tagline > Settings > General -
We have made some updates to the Appearance → Themes → Customize section since you first posted.
@dudeitsuno, would you mind checking it again now to see if you’re still having any trouble with it?

Also, make sure to exit the “Try Now” preview for the Custom Design upgrade if you’re not interested in purchasing it and would like to use the free tools.
To go back to the free options, go to Appearance → Themes → Customize → Colors and click the “exit the preview” link in yellow at the top of the panel on the right.
