Saving content after a domain expiration

  The domain renewal for my blog (oneyounglove.com) was up in November. I have chosen not to renew because I am not planning on being active on the blog but I do not want to lose access to all my content. Is there anyway to move all my content back to a free wordpress.com blog?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
