Saving custom forms

  Hi. I am trying to insert a custom form but once I insert it and try to update it removes all the short codes from the site.

  How can insert these forms into the contacts page?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi. “Form” tags are not allowed at WordPress.com, which is why the system is removing them automatically:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/code/

  As an alternative, you can either:
  – insert a contact form: http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact-form/
  – use Google Docs form: http://en.support.wordpress.com/google-docs/
