Saving draft lost all content added since previous save

  Please help! I’m trying to recover my last saved draft..Everything I have done on my post this evening seems to be lost! (i was saving as I went and then all of this evening’s changes just disappeared!) I was working directly in wordpress so I don’t have another copy
  I saw something similar on the forum that talked about having to tick a ‘revisions box’ under ‘screen options’ but I don’t seem to have this option? :(

  The site linked to your wordpress.COM username as your Primary Site is devoid of blogger created content.

  What is the exact URL starting with http:// of the site you refer to please?

  I’m asking because we cannot accurately answer questions posted here until we have confirmed the URL referred to and verified the hosting. And, that is why we are all prompted to provide the relevant URL when we create a new thread.

  We provide support only for wordpress.COM hosted sites and that one is not among them. Our support docs do not apply to
  (1) local installs of wordpress.ORG software on your own server or
  (2) wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, and we do not provide support for them at wordpress.COM.

  Also, note that we do not provide Jetpack support https://jetpack.me/support/ for sites linked to wordpress.COM accounts with the Jetpack plugin.

  You are posting to the wrong support forum.

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.   As you are referring to a site that is not hosted here, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.

  Sorry I’m a bit of a novice…The help bar on my wordpress site took me straight to this forum…I’ll try the link you gave me…I really hope I have not lost all of this evening’s work!
