saving draft problems

After saving my post as a draft when I go back into it to read it/edit it almost all of it
is deleted except for maybe the first sentence or two. Very frustrating.

    Very frustrating.

So is when folks don’t give specifcs. :)

    What editor are you using?

Is the sidebar of your editor present?

When you go back into it, is this after you publish it or when it’s still as a draft?

I have no idea what the editor is & I’ve looked to see. We’re not all
    experts & I’m still learning. :)

Since the time that my ADMIN bar does not show up (5 days now) I have had this problem.

As well, I have a yellow yield sign indicating my page has loaded but with an error.
Again, started the day my ADMIN bar at the top of the page went missing.

When I go to write I have the Post Status set to “Draft.”

    When finished, I save it.

Then when I go back to review it to get it ready to publish, the majority of the
text is missing. I get the title & one or two sentences. I am unable to
    retrieve the rest of it.

I just finished posting and I saved it myself before posting it because I kept
losing it when I saved it through WordPress.

After my last post I tried to post another post titled “Boo Boo.” Again,
the Post Status is set to draft, again when I went to review it, the text was gone
    and only the title remained.

Didn’t ask you if you were an expert and I know you’re not. At least you could have described it and answered the other questions that I asked you. I realize you’re frustrated but we can’t help you if you don’t help us do so. That’s why I asked the questions I did.

When you look at your editor, you have a series of icons along the top. Within those icons, do you see words or little pictures?

That’s Dr. Mike. He looks alot like Timethief, though.

timethief left a message that has now been deleted detailing information
that I needed to answer in order to assist drmike

    I answered those questions.

    Sorry.

    @ meno
No problem. Both drmike and I read you loud and clear now and he’ll get back to you.

The “Little yellow yield sign” is a javascript warning.

Your best bet would be to send in a feedback with a pointer to this thread. I still have questions up there that remain unanswered so there’s little that come to my mind. Maybe staff can come up with something.

TT’s questions were deleted since they really didn’t come into play here.
