Saving full page/post content to computer [my documents]

  How do I save the full content of a wordpress document directly from site into my documents on my computer without having to copy and paste onto a clean page?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can’t. Be keenly aware of the fact that documents a from wordprocessers like Microsoft WORD and documents from blogs are not them same. read more here https://en.support.wordpress.com/microsoft-word/

  To have a backup you need to create an XML file and store it on your computer. https://en.support.wordpress.com/export/

  Or you have to copy and paste as you do now into a WORD doc, unless you use windowslivewriter in which case there will be a backup on your computer of every post and page you create in it. https://en.support.wordpress.com/xml-rpc/windows-live-writer/
