saving my draft caused post to be lost

I spent a significant amount of time on a blog entry today only to save it and it be completely lost. To say I’m upset is an enormous understatement. I’m led never to use this site again and to cancel my account. I also see no viable way to contact the wordpress support team. Rather, I have been sent around the world and back only to be forced to air my frustrations in a forum. Unbelievable.

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support forums. http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there.
