Saving of draft failed

I am trying to add new content but the writing page is saying that it is “loading” and then says “saving of draft failed.” Can you please help? Thanks!

Hi there, the site you referenced only has draft posts from 2017. Can we have a link to the site where this happened, and the title of the post or a link to it so that we can take a look?
We have had some reports of this, but have yet to be able to reproduce it. Our developers are looking into it though.
Which browser were you using when this occurred, and was it on your computer or on a mobile device? If on Mobile, were you using the WordPress App, or working through the browser on the device?
Any help you can give us with the above could help us narrow things down and find what is causing the issue.

The title of the post I created is Book Reviews for Young People & the Future of News. It says that it is “loading” and will not allow me to add media (I can select add media, but nothing happens when I do). When I try to preview it, the draft disappears.
I am using Chrome on my laptop (Macbook Pro Retina OSX Yosemite).

@lynnclark this sounds like it’s most likely an internet connection issue or a blocked script, but would you be willing to confirm by trying another browser, too? Safari or Firefox would do. If it works in one of those, we can troubleshoot Chrome.
If it doesn’t work in any of them, we can troubleshoot from there.
