Saving of draft failed – error with blog post

This weekend and today I’ve tried to start a new blog post. Both times I get the error ‘Saving of draft failed.’ This is inhibiting my ability to do final edits to my post. I would prefer to clean up the post and add pictures before I publish, so being able to save a draft is a big step that seems to be problematic for me right now. The preview button brings up a blank pop-up. Please help. Thanks!

By clearing my cache and browser history and then reloaded the wordpress page, the error no longer came up.
