Saving Photos/Documents

  I am changing the layout of this site from a mainly blogging site to an actual website for my business. I want to change the format, but I want to keep a page for the blogs possibly or at least have the option to have a blog section. Will all of my pictures and blogs save even if I don’t use them on the site? I don’t have the pictures stored anywhere else, but I want to be able to use them for the site and not as much for the blogs.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You should be able to view all your pictures here: https://wordpress.com/media All the pictures listed here will stay even if you adjust your site from a blog to a different format. Your posts will remain too even if you change the format.

  For extra security, you could always export all the posts and pictures from your site to a second location. To do this, follow these steps:

  1. Go to your WP Admin here: https://backyardsoireeblog.wordpress.com/wp-admin/export.php
  2. Select the option to export your Posts, your Media or all content
  3. Download the file to your computer.

  By creating a backup of your content, you’ll have everything saved in case something goes wrong when making changes to your site.
