Saving Posts
-
Hello: I am the blog user. I am not the blog owner. Is there any way to save all posts or the print all posts on a private blog?
Thanks!

I ‘m not sure I understand what you’re wanting to do.
Are you saying that you want to move the post from one blog to another blog?

Since its a private blog I’m not sure I should reveal the URL. What I want to do is save the posts to my hard drive. If that can’t be done then printing out the posts is a last resort.

You can export all your site content into a file that you can store on your computer. It wont be easy to read if you are hoping to be able to view them on your computer as opposed to your blog.
Here is how you Export:

Nobody can help you if we can’t confirm the hosting, and if it’s a private blog, nobody can see it if you give us a link, but we CAN confirm the hosting. Without the link, our ability to help you is at an end.

@chrisegg
Up front before doing anything else we Volunteers need to know the URL so we do not waste any blogger’s time when it comes to providing correct answers. As we Volunteers cannot view the content in any private blogs what we are asking for is the ability to validate the URL as either a WordPress.com hosted blog or not. -

Why are you asking us here instead of asking the private blog’s owner?

Why would you want to do this when the content in the private blog does not belong to you?
What exactly is the URL of the blog in question?

@timethief, I’m aware of that and understand, but we can be nice about it and better explain things such as you have.

I can add flourishes and padding so people have time to emotionally come to terms with the actual answers to their questions, but it seems rather pointless. Chris, why are you taking offense to a simple statement of the answer, a statement directed to a third party who appears not to have taken any offense? It’ll save everyone time if you concentrate on answering questions with promptness and accuracy rather than critiquing the way people express themselves.
