Says contact support if it has been more than 24 hours – importing xml

  Been waiting over 1 week now for my xml to be imported from another wordpress site. And it tells me to contact support for them to solve it, however I can’t find any way to contact them more than here in Community Support, can you direct me?

  There’s no need to wait that long. :)

  Sometimes the importer gets stuck. When that happens type modlook into the sidebar tags on this thread for Staff help.
