says error importing

    i’m trying to import content into my new wordpress blog – .xml file – and keep getting an error message

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    1. Is the site you have the XML export file from still online?
    2. If yes, what is the URL?
    3. How large is the XML export file?
    4. Did you remove all advertising and unapproved comments prior to creating the XML export file.
    5. Did you receive any error messages? If so, post then here please.

    Sometimes the importer gets stuck. If the XML export file is large you may have to import Posts, Pages, etc. in separate files. Or if the XML export file is very large Staff may have to do the import.
