    HI there when i go to jwjpdx.org it says it doesn’t exist

    I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

    Hi there,

    According to our records the Business Plan on your account was most recently renewed on XXXXXXX. However I do not see a renewal for 2022, and I can confirm that your plan expired.

    One thing that was included in that plan is the ability to connect a custom domain to your site, which you were using to connect jwjpdx.org, a domain you have registered with Network Solutions.

    You can restore this connection by adding one of the following plans to your site, they all include the ability to set a custom address. Once you have upgraded let us know and we can walk you through the connection process: https://wordpress.com/pricing/

    thanks for getting back to me. I have just added a new card. There was a Executive Director transition and this got lost in the mix.

    Hi there,

    At the moment, you have two sites in your account, each with a different upgrade:

    You have jwjpdx.wordpress.com, which you’ve upgraded to the Pro plan.

    And you have portlandjobswithjustice.wordpress.com, which used to be one our Business Plan, and to which you’ve added a domain connection upgrade for jwjpdx.org

    Am I correct that you actually want the Pro plan on the same site you used to have Business on, and that’s currently linked to your domain?

    Once you confirm that, I can move the plan over to the correct site for you.

    As you already have the pro plan, you can also start a live chat session at https://wordpress.com/help/contact so we can continue helping you there in real time. You’ll need to contact live chat support in any case for help restoring a backup of your site from before the Business Plan expired :)
