Says that my upgrade cannot be cancelled. Please help

    It is saying that my upgrade for freefindsbusiness.com cannot be canceled. This is an awful week for me financially. I had no idea it was renewing and I don’t use the website that I made a year ago and don’t want it.

    When I go to click on refund and cancel it says that the upgrade cannot be canceled?!?

    Why?

    Hi there,

    I can cancel your domain renewal and refund the renewal fee for you, as it’s still in the first 48 hours after the domain renewed.

    However, this will mean completely cancelling your domain. Please keep in mind that cancelling a domain means you give up ownership of that domain name. The domain name may not be released immediately, and there’s no guarantee that you’ll be able to register it again (here or elsewhere) in the future. Only cancel a domain if you’re sure you don’t want to use it at all any more.

    Once you confirm that you’re sure you want to cancel the domain I can do that for you.
