  Says upgrade to premium even though I did…

  half the features work until I try to edit the website I built, which says I need to upgrade to premium. I have tried refreshing the cache and that doesn’t fix it. When I go to my account shows I am premium and until I click on edit site its fine… I am about to request a refund after wasting an hour of my time!!!

  It looks like you have two vollyballalliance sites. One site with Free plan and one site with a Business plan. It looks like your volleyballalliancecom.wordpress.com site is on the Free plan.
