Why would this show on digital business lounge where I’m trying to build another website w you all? Godaddy has one now that expires in Feb? Is that the problem? How can I get released? 2) I also JUST renewed domain a few min ago, could it just not be refreshed yet?

This is an error in your hosting account, and it’s not related to WordPress.com. You should contact your host regarding the error.
WordPress.com and WordPress.org are a little separate, and that can be confusing.
