Scale down/ reduce size of "Search" widget for mobile devices

    I have a search bar on the following page: Vault

    This looks absolutely perfect when viewed via desktops, however when viewing with mobile devices, the search bar protrudes across half of the page, creates unnecessary blank space and looks real ugly. Basically, it does not fit/ adjust to the width of a mobile device.

    I am asking if there is any way to make it so that when viewed on mobile devices, the search bar on this page will adjust in size and position in the center of the page.

    Hi @owencowelloc, it looks like you are using WordPress but you are not hosted here at WordPress.com. For self-hosted WordPress sites such as yours, I would suggest asking for help from the theme author directly or ask in the volunteer-based WordPress.org Themes and Templates forum.

    I took a quick look at your site, and the theme designer has inserted a style statement directly into the HTML, so it will require editing of the theme files. I would chat with the theme developer as this seems like an oversight on their part.
