Scale image proportionately in a post

    I’m sure I’ve missed something obvious but I can’t seem to do this easily any more. When I click on an image in a post I get a menu with +/- that makes very big changes. When I use the image rescaling at the corners, I first have to calculate then watch the image pix dimension numbers to keep it in proportion X-P. I tried ctrl click etc.
