  I ordered a Ups almost 2 months ago, there is no communication, no responses to my emails and the chat banned me when I tried following up.
  What can be done about this scam site? How do I get my money back?

  Thank you for sharing the link! This website does not seem to be hosted with WordPress.com, so there’s nothing we can do to help you from here.
  
  You should get in touch with the website’s own web hosting company (which seems to be hidden behind CloudFlare’s CDN at the moment), and I’d also advise you to get in touch with your bank to request a refund on the fraudulent transfer.

  It’s hosted with Woo Commerce, not sure how, but trying to sign up there brought me to this site.

  WooCommerce is a plug-in, not a web hosting provider. It is using the WooCommerce plugin, as it is an eCommerce website built on WordPress, but it is not hosted or associated with WooCommerce other than that. WooCommerce or WordPress.com has no access to this website, only their own web hosting provider does.
