  A site http://WonkaBarOfficial.com is a complete scam. Do not send them Money. The FBI is investigating them and you.

  Hello @hawk4261, There’s really nothing we can do about that website because it isn’t hosted here on WordPress.com, the hosting provider.

  Looking at WHOIS data for that domain, they are hosted at NameCheap Hosting, and that is who you’ll want to contact.

  Here’s a guide to the difference between WordPress.com, where we are, and WordPress the open source software that anyone can download and use on 3rd party web hosting.
