  Hello there , I need help with a refund of over 5000 RON , a lot of money. A user promised us a good site , we gave him money , he put them into the site and now we can’t speak with him cause he blocked us. We need help with the refund since we do not have acces to the account that created the site and we can’t get the refund the by that method , I have to mention that the payments have been done in less than 30 days.
