  I purchased and installed, ‘Smart Coupons For WooCommerce Coupons’ plugin, based on features that it stated existed, however they were not yet implemented. I contacted WebToffee, and they told me they would be implemented within a few weeks. The conversation of future features happened in March, it is not end of July an the features that were advertised are still not available. I have reached out again with no reply, I would like a refund of this plugin from the ‘developer’ and to purchase a plugin from a competitor that actually has the features implemented. I have inquired about the feature, with no reply, and simply asked for a refund, also with no reply.
