  You told me when I will renew the domain and transfer it to another provider I will get 2 years inseated of 1 year and I’ve got just one year, I can’t talk to you now?

  You’re correct—we did tell you that your domain will renew for one more year after you transfer it to Hostinger.

  Hostinger’s guide confirms that claim (mind the “NOTES” section under the “Step 2 – Initiate the transfer”):

  To provide more context, you renewed your domain on 2024-11-01 at 10:09:52 UTC, making it valid until 2025-10-19 at 09:30:49 UTC (the date discrepancy is because your domain expired, and you renewed it before it entered the expiry auction).

  Then, you initiated the transfer on 2024-11-01 at 10:17:37 UTC, and the transfer was completed on 2024-11-07 at 05:20:05 UTC.

  🚩 As for why it wasn’t renewed by Hostinger after the transfer was completed, you’ll have to contact Hostinger support for more details since we’re not the same company and we don’t have access to their systems and records 😊
