    I had a domain that was deleted by mistake on April the 4th i have been trying to contact support for days about redeeming my domain back. I was told there is a 5 day grace period for cancelled domains. I contacted them on the April 7th was the very first email thats when i noticed my domain was gone. They didn’t reply until April 9th on Sunday mind you. And have told me that i am in the redemption stage???? how is that i asked? they stated because i first contacted them was on April 10 which is a lie i have emails that clearly dated April 9th. If the grace is 5 days and they stated it was it was cancelled on April 4th and they didn’t reply until April 9th thats within the grace period. So explain how i have to pay an $80 fee on top of $12???
