Scandinavian characters in posting-titles

  Scandinavian language – and also others have special characters in our alphabets. THis can make quite a nuisance, when somone tries to link directly to one of our postings containg those odd characters.
  I suggest that as in other blogging systems, it is made possible to use posting numbers in links instead of the full title – this would eliminate the problem.
