Scared about moving my blog to another host

I blog at henrytapper.com and have had 200k reads in the past five years- I’ve loved it! But I’m looking to move on now to self-hosted- I have another blog on an Amazon Server and would like to move my 1239 blogs across with me. Do you provide assistance so that I can do this without risking my content or losing my subscribers? Is there anything else I should be worried about and is there a service I can employ to make the transition pain-free?

I’d really appreciate your help in this matter

    Hi there,

Sure thing! We actually offer a transfer service to move your site over to a self-hosted setup, including 2 weeks of support from our transfer team after the move. You can find out more about that service and what hosting services we can move your site to here: Guided Transfer

That’s the most hands-off, painless way to move from WordPress.com to a self-hosted site. If you’d prefer to do it yourself, or if you want to move to a hosting service our Guided Transfer doesn’t support, you can Export all of your content from here and move it to your self-hosted site yourself. We can then move your subscribers over to your new site as described here: Moving Your Subscribers

Please let me know if you have any questions about that. :)
