Scheduled maintenance?

http://www.designer-deb.com appears to be under maintenance quite often. Can you help me understand who I should reach out for this?
It happens every time I update a few plugins. What must be done to resolve this?

WordPress.COM hosted sites and WordPress>ORG software installs on paid hosting and local installs have different logins and different support documentation. Unfortunately, you are posting to the wrong support forum. We provide support only for WordPress.COM hosted sites on our servers and your site is not among them. WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and you can read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
