Scheduled Maintenance

  When logging onto my WordPress site, I frequently get this message ‘Briefly unavailable for scheduled maintenance, Check back in a minute’. This message can happen when you refresh a screen or a page you are working on or when you log on for the first time that day. There doesn’t appear to be any consistency around when this happens, but its super frustrating and holds up work. Can I please get more information on what it means and if it can be avoided. Thanks
