scheduled post not published – unable to publish post manually

Hello, the schedule function on my WordPress.com site is not working. It didn’t publish the post I scheduled for today at 12:30. Worse, now the “publish” button has disappeared, leaving me with either “update” or “schedule”, which doesn’t do anything. I would like to simply publish it now, manually. I would like to retrieve my post.
My website is http://www.ouicestca.com and the post I am trying to publish is “In The News: Elle se fait pincer”. Thanks in advance for helping me.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I’m sorry you’re having trouble with this. We have seen some reports of the Schedule function firing at the wrong time. I’d love to get this fixed up. If you could answer a few questions, it would be really helpful.
1. Did your post just not publish at all?
2. What browser are you using and what version?
We’ve added a link to the new home page editor so you can quickly move back to the dashboard editor if you prefer.
You can find this post listed under your Posts tab in your dashboard which you can access here:

And great! In case this is helpful for the future, if you open a draft post in the new editor, you can change the post to be published under “Status”:
The button will still say “Update” but your post will then publish.
