Scheduled post not shown in time.

    For today I had scheduled a post which should have been posted at 8 am (Amsterdam time). When I looked at my blog at 10.50 am, the post was not there. When I made the post, I used publicize to connect the post to Twitter. The tweet (which should’ve been posted at 8 am also) was posted at 10.55 am. What causes this problem?

    Hi salinalarissa,

    Scheduled posts are a little bit misleading in the beginning. They aren’t actually posted automatically at the time you set, instead they need a trigger to be posted. This happens when someone visits your site.
    So if you had a scheduled post set for 8:00 but no one visited your site until 10:50, it wouldn’t be published until that time.
