Scheduled post time changes

  I have been having problems with scheduling in that the post will often publish earlier than the time I set. Often, I can set up the post, save it, and re-open it and the time has already been changed. I generally set the time at 8:00 and it seems to be consistently changed to either 3:00 or 2:00. Also, it seems to display two separate times. In the box for scheduling, on the left side of the screen, it displays one time. At the top of the screen, above the title, it displays the status for the post and often shows a different time.

  I don’t know if I need to change something in my settings regarding time zones or location. I have noticed that in the status box, right next to the option for “schedule” there is a little box that says “UTC+0” so I wasn’t sure if maybe the time I set was being automatically converted to universal time and I should just adjust the time I set to make up for that.
