Scheduled posts are not delivering to email

    I seem to be having an intermittent problem with some scheduled posts not delivering to email followers. All posts are in DRAFT form but have been scheduled for a specific date. There are times when the date passes and the post is still not completed. Once completed i do hit publish immediately. I have also tried to change the date in the schedule assuming it would update to the new scheduled date and time. Regardless neither way seems to deliver the posts to email followers. Any suggestions
