scheduled posts are not publishing

My scheduled posts are not publishing lately. And I don’t see how to manually get them to publish. I can manually change status to draft and then manually publish, but moving the time to earlier does nothing.
Any suggestions to get the scheduled function working again?

How many scheduled posts do your have. If you have 100 that’s problematic. Also note that scheduled post publication is triggered the first visitor clicking into your blog after your post was scheduled. It will still state that it was posted on the time and date that you specified, but it will not actually appear on the blog as published until someone visits your site and triggers publication. http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/schedule-a-post/

thanks for the help. I only have 2-3 scheduled, but I never knew that someone has to click on my site to trigger the publishing. Is that new? That doesn’t seem to be how it’s been happening up until recently, they published at the scheduled time always.

No this is definitely not new. It’s the way it’s always been. In the past you must have had visitors that triggered publication.
