Scheduled posts are not publishing

My scheduled posts are not publishing. Instead of saying “published” I am getting a “missed schedule” notation.

Mile 3 was scheduled for 14:44 today. Mile 1 and Mile 2 also had this issue but I manually published them.

Mile 4 also did not publish and I expect Mile 5 will not either.
I don’t know if this will help, put I had the first 50 or so post published while I was working on customizing the look of the website. I then reverted them to drafts and am now scheduling them to post every 7 hours 22 minutes. This problem with not posting as scheduled or at all is a major problem because the timing is a big part of the work.
There really seems to be system wrong with my account, it keeps saying theinterstate90project.WordPress.com as the address. And when I was finally able to post Mile 1, the blog name associated with it was Angel’s World of Wonder – a blog I toyed with creating a couple years ago and I think it was on blogger and moved over to my other WordPress blog. There is no possible reason I can think of for it to be associated with i90project.com.

I have tried scheduling totally freshly made posts and they are also not publishing. This has happened with every post I have scheduled (Mile 1 – Mile 7). Mile 8 is scheduled for the middle of the night tonight and I am sure will not work.
Can anyone help me fix this? The scheduled posts was the main reason I chose to use WordPress for this project and it’s wrecking the project to have this not working.

And again I just went ahead and manually published Mile 7 and it listed the site associated with it as Angel’s World of Wonder. The link took me to my angeloleary.wordpress.com blog. This is a major problem and I am really unhappy and really frustrated that I am getting no help.

The link problem with Angel’s World of Wonder is happening on the publicized link on facebook. So instead of linking to my i90project.com site it is sending people to angeloleary.wordpress.com, and even getting the name of that wrong.

I just saw from the original post that it once again defaulted to the angeloleary.wordpress.com. I had VERY carefully selected the i90project.com from the selector. There is something wrong with my PREMIUM subscription for i90project.com. It seems that anywhere the link is used it disappears and is replaced with one of my other older sites.

Let me address each of your posts one by one:
Regarding the scheduled posts not publishing correctly, I’m currently looking into this issue. I apologize for the inconvenience. I suspect the following may have something to do with the error:

Can you please take a screenshot of the Publicized post on Facebook and upload the post to your Media Library so I can take a look? It looks like your privacy settings on Facebook are set so that I cannot set your latest posts.
Also, just a note, your profile in comment sections on blogs will be linked with http://angeloleary.wordpress.com per the setting here under “Website”.

If you would like to set the i90 blog as your primary blog, you may want to change that!

Hey Angel,
Regarding the scheduled posts, we currently need to limit the number of scheduled posts per WordPress.com site, and your site has exceeded more than 100 of these. Lowering the number of scheduled posts under 100 should cause this to start working again. Placing posts in draft status and scheduling/publishing them later is a workable, alternate method.
Please give that a try and let me know if it resolves the issue!

I loaded the screen shot it’s called “Screen shot of facebook posting”.
I removed the scheduling for all the posts other than those I want to post in the next day or so. Hopefully this works.
I changed i90 to be the primary blog last night.
Would it make it easier if I changed the account for one of the blogs?

So the posts are posting on schedule now (YAY!!!! Thank you!) but they are still saying Angel’s World of Wonder. The link does go back to the i90project.com but the World of Wonder thing has got to go away.
I checked google+ and twitter and they are posting just fine. It is just facebook. And it only happens on the posts that automatically publicize when published, not when I manually post the link in my timeline.

Great! I’m glad the scheduled posts are now working correctly.
Regarding the Facebook byline, I believe this is a result of your “Display Name publicly as” field here:

Did that previously read “Angel’s World of Wonder”? If so, this is likely just a caching issue on the Facebook side that could take a bit of time to update.

I am pretty sure I never had that name on WordPress. When I started my angeloleary.wordpress.com blog it was a fresh start here.
But I did have a blog by that name on Blogger which I imported over to my angeloleary.wordpress.com blog. That is why it is so weird to me that that is coming up.
I went ahead and made sure that all the information on the profile pages directed to i90project.com.

Hey Angel,
It looks like all of the settings at WordPress.com are set correctly. I believe this is just a caching issue with Facebook where Facebook has stored author info from sometime previous. It should automatically update itself in the upcoming days. Let’s give this 24-48 hours to see if it is updated.

Oops and I spoke to soon. The links on the posts are not necessarily linking to the i90project.com. I am uploading a new screen shot so you can see the 2 posts I woke up to on my facebook feed and how different they are- it’s called “facebook screenshot example 2”.
On each of the posts if you click on the specific post title it takes you directly there: “Mile 11” to the Mile 11 post on i90project.com. But if you click on the “by Angel O’Leary” link below it takes you to my personal facebook page. On the Mile 12 post if you click on the “by Angel O’Leary’s World of Wonder” link it takes you to my angeloleary.wordpress.com.
Would there be a way to just take away the “by ——-” link? I don’t need it and that would solve the problem.

Hey Angel,
There isn’t a way to remove the byline. That’s a by-product of how Facebook displays the author of the post. The “Mile 11” screenshot is what should be happening. Did you change anything else between the two posts (linking another account to Publicize or something similar)?

Nope, no changes between posting them.
I have had 3 more posts since then and they are all still showing the Angel’s World of Wonder link which goes back to my angeloleary.wordpress.com blog.
Should I open a new account and transfer the i90project.com to that as a way to separate them? Would I be able to move the premium account and all the media?

Hey Angel,
That’s odd – it should default to “Angel O’Leary” rather than the Angel’s World of Wonder. Can you also change the field for “Web Address” here as well?
