Scheduled posts don't publish

  My scheduled posts don’t publish at the selected time. I checked the settings and everything looks fine (I’m in L.A., so I’m on the UTC -7 time zone). When I schedule the post I select the day and time then hit OK. It tells me the post is now scheduled to go on the day and time I selected, but when the time comes the post doesn’t automatically go ‘live.’ Thank you so much for your help. Silvia.

  Scheduled posts do not actually publish until the first visitor to the site after the scheduled date and time clicks into the blog and triggers the publication.

  Thank you. So, the post will not appear on followers’ Readers or pop into their inboxes and such, until someone actually clicks on my blog first.
