Scheduled Posts Fail to Publish?

I need help with this. All scheduled posts I have failed to publish according to the timeline. Anyone can point me to the fix?

Do you schedule the publish date and time and then select the “publish” option?
Unless you publish, your posts will remain as drafts. Selecting publish will allow them to be published at the future date and time you have chosen. -
1tess, I did select the publish option. This trouble just started today. The post is scheduled to publish at 09.00 AM, yet it didn’t appear until 10.00 AM. On dashboard, the entry is written ‘scheduled’.
I tried to change the entry manually into 10.05 AM, it got published but my Google Reader doesn’t seem to get the updated feed. So I copy-paste all the entry into a new one, publish it right away and delete the old broken one. The latest blog entry you can see in my blog ( http://lexdepraxis.wordpress.com/2009/08/04/manusia-adalah-makhluk-manipulatif-2/ ) is the new one, not the SCHEDULED one…
How can I fix this? I’m counting on the future post feature with this blog…

Go to settings > general and make sure your time offset from GMT/UTC Is set correctly for your time zone. WordPress does not correct for daylight saving time. That might be the issue.

Is the time set correctly for your blog?
The other thing I wonder about, and don’t know for certain, is that the feed might not update immediately. So a post published at 10:05 may take some time to go through. I subscribe to my own feed via email and it takes a while to show up in my mailbox. -

thesacredpath and 1tess, yes I already checked the GMT/UTC before manually editing (and then reposting into new entry). The time setting was already right. I also got a comment from visitor in the previous day post, and the time stamp on that comment is right on.
We’ll see if this problem still occur tomorrow.

Scheduled posts have a KNOWN issue with RSS feeds and tag pages. Staff has been working on that for quite some time. They do post, they just don’t show up in the feeds and thus on the tag pages. You can fix this after it’s posted by just going in and editing something, anything at all. Change a period to a semicolon or add a space, anything.
It’s a pain and it’s one reason I don’t use scheduled posts except as a last resort here.

okay, been more than a week.. suffice to say that the problem didn’t occur anymore once I reedit the scheduled time into one minute later. i’ll be back to this thread once i found another glitch. thank you for your support guys.
