Scheduled posts going out immediately

When I schedule posts for future dates and have them set to auto-post to facebook/twitter, wordpress immediately posts to facebook with the post being backdated to several months ago.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

In your latest post, I don’t see that Facebook and Twitter are set up for auto-publicize.
Could you please detach/reconnect these two services here:
https://wordpress.com/sharing/natchezss.wordpress.com
Then, please let me know when you’re setup, and make sure that those two social networking services do appear in your settings on the scheduled post.
