Scheduled posts not publishing

My scheduled posts are not publishing. They are reverting back to draft. I have to go back in and manually publish them. What is wrong? This is getting irritating. The link below is not mine. My link is http://lynnmosher.com

Hi. I am having similar problems. I scheduled a post yesterday, and it did not appear to publish at the appropriate time. (I thought perhaps it was back dated because it was drafted several days before or perhaps I had accidentally selected “draft” instead of “schedule post.”) I published it by hand. Last night, I scheduled another post for today with the proper dates selected. When I logged on (after the scheduled publish time,) it was not on my website or in the newsfeed. It appeared to still be a draft when I looked at the post. However, it said that it was “last modified” at the exact time that it was supposed to have posted. I just deleted the whole thing and published it by hand in another post entry box. My website has been acting a little buggy.
I have also been having some weird problems with pictures I insert into posts. I will rotate a photo by editing it. When I change the size of the photo, it un-rotates as to all sizes. The only way I have found to fix the problem is by re-uploading a properly rotated picture. This did not happen previously. I have just been having this problem the last couple of days.
I’m a little perplexed by the ways web addresses for posts are selected. I would like to be able to change the name of the post address (once drafted but prior to publishing) in order to reflect the proper posting date. Is there a way to do this? If not, is there a way to prevent them from being misnamed? If you delete a post with a reserved address, is it possible to use that same web address for a new post?
These are some of the problems I’ve been having with the scheduled publishing feature. I will draft something weeks or months in advance. I don’t always know when I want to publish it at the time of the draft. However, I would like the web address to reflect the date published and not the date drafted.
