Scheduled tasks not working

Recently uploaded updraft plus plugin for automatic backup of site to dropbox. Working fine manually but task scheduler not working. No update events working? Got this messsage in WP-cron Events. As you might guess I am not technical…Thank You

It looks like your site at seanmcgeehypnotherapy.com is using the standalone WordPress software and hosted at GoDaddy.
For assistance with your self-hosted WP site, you’ll want to head over to the support community for your software at https://wordpress.org/support If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums, you can register one on that page. You should also be able to receive assistance with this in the plugin specific forum on the ORG site as well. https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/updraftplus
Just to clarify, this support forum assists users of WordPressdotcom hosted sites and the guidance provided here may not be relevant to DIY WordPress.org sites hosted with an external hosting provider (e.g. Bluehost, GoDaddy, etc.).
