    I’m having an issue with the Blacklist Manager scheduler. I’m seeing a large number of actions marked as “past due,” and it appears to be interfering with my POS sync. The shipping/inventory syncs are inconsistent whenever these past-due actions pile up.

    Could you please help me debug and resolve this? Specifically:

    • How can I safely clear or retry the past-due actions?
    • Is there a way to reset the scheduler or queue without breaking existing data?
    • Are there known conflicts with WP-Cron / server cron or other plugins that could cause this backlog?
    • Any recommended settings to prevent this from recurring?

  • Hi there! I understand you are having trouble with the Blacklist Manager scheduler on your site ssnailsupply.com. I did see that your site ssnailsupply.com is not hosted at WordPress.com, but pointing to Cloudflare. We’re only able to assist with sites hosted at WordPress.com, and not self-hosted WordPress sites. Also, as Blacklist Manager scheduler appears to be a plugin, you’ll want to contact their support directly for help with issue.
