Scheduler is broken

I have posts scheduled for the same time each day throughout the month. Sometimes they post early, sometimes they post late, sometimes they don’t post at all. For example, this morning, I checked my scheduled posts to see why today’s entry wasn’t showing up yet. It said “Scheduled” and the time said “An hour ago” but it was still waiting. I love that the site is free, but I thought the developers might want to look into that. Unfortunately, I can’t find any way to get this to them–when I try to contact them through the help pages, I keep getting redirected to the public forum, where I’m sure the rest of us are having the same trouble.

I’ve been having the same issue with posts at blacklightcandelabra.wordpress.com I don’t know how long they would have sat unpublished because I’ve been tending to show up soon after the publication time and hit the “publish” button manually from the list of drafts.
