Scheduler Issues

Scheduled tasks are not running. I don’t understand how to fix this. For example, Updraft Plus suggests I check if WP’s scheduler is disabled by checking my wp-config.php file. Where is this located?

Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with GoDaddy.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. What is the benefit of hosting with WordPress.com vs. Go Daddy, can my site be transferred to WordPress.com hosting, and if so what is the process?
