Scheduling times won't hold

  I am trying to schedule posts with ipad app, but the times I put in won’t hold. They always change to different times when I hit schedule button. I have even tried to go back in with the desktop, but the times won’t stick in there either.

  It only works if I save a draft with ipad, then set schedule on desktop machine.
